David Burns

David is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Travel and Medical business globally. David has extensive experience in senior leadership positions in the travel and assistance industries both in Australia and New Zealand. David joined First Assistance in 2013 and is a member of the Executive Team.

Ramona Cobb

Ramona Cobb is responsible for managing operations and key accounts in the Travel and Medical division. She brings over 15 years’ experience in the telecommunications and insurance industries. Ramona’s experience and customer focus ensures the constant delivery of a world-class customer experience. Ramona joined First Assistance in 2011.

Reuben Cutfield

Reuben is responsible for provider network management, software development and product ownership. He has a degree in biomedical neuroscience. Reuben joined Frist Assistance in 2011 as a case manager.

Michael Good

Michael joined First Assistance in 2014 with over 5 years of experience in the Australian assistance industry, Michael is a subject matter expert in case management, security assistance and legal assistance with his background as a practicing solicitor. Michael remains focused in his role on developing operational efficiency, enhancing customer service and meeting customer requirements.

Nicky Raffaelli

Nicky Raffaelli is UK Business Manager, and responsible for the management of key accounts throughout Europe. Nicky has over 20 years’ experience in the Private Medical Insurance and Assistance industry, with a particular focus on quality assurance and cost containment. Nicky joined First Assistance in 2006.
