Murray Berkett - Managing Director and Chairman

Murray leads the Executive Team and oversees strategy and governance. He founded First Assistance in 1993 with a vision to be a global provider of 24/7 assistance and business services for the motoring, travel and insurance industries. Prior to founding First Assistance Murray’s spent 22 years in the motor industry.

Mike Denford - CPA, Chief Financial Officer.

Mike is responsible for Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources. He brings over 30 years of financial, commercial and operations management experience across several industries and countries. Mike joined First Assistance in 2011

David Burns – Chief Operating Officer

David is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of First Assistance. David has extensive experience in senior leadership positions in the travel and assistance industries both in Australia and New Zealand. David joined First Assistance in 2013.
